this one is about our guitatrist Ryan and the last few years of his life. mainly his baby boy Luka and the health problems he had at birth. i ve known Ryan for about 7 years and have always looked up to him as extremely dependable and real. when i heard the tears on the phone telling me Luka was sick, it strangled all of us. the lyrics say it all. i spent many nights in tears thinking about my brother. he is "the god of thunder" i speak of, cuz through it all he NEVER cracked. the pressure was not going to break him and Luka is stronger because of it.

DOOMHAMMER was formed by vocalist Jon Hammer and guitarist Griz in the summer of 2006. Shortly after, they added the skills of longtime friend and musician Jon Klug. The band carried on with multiple friends playing bass until late 2014 when longtime friend Tim Hespe *(of “All to Hell”) was added on guitar and the talented Mike Kerby (also from “All to Hell”) has been added behind the drums. ... more
